The public outline connects motion techniques with iteration, orchestration, accessibility, and performance. Demonstration walkthroughs are described as a process of reasoning and refinement, not simply applying a preset.

A motion proposal includes its purpose, input method, frequency, interruption behavior, and nonanimated alternative. Use the existing Thorbis motion owner to choose implementation details.
What we are not adopting
No copied paid skills, imported spring presets, or decoration made mandatory for completing work.
Existing owners and review exercises
These are Thorbis applications and review exercises, not replacements for DESIGN.md, COMPONENTS.md, or the owning skill. Linear remains the operational baseline. External advice that conflicts with the constitution stays out.
