What the source supports
The handbook connects design to using the product, customer contact, support feedback, and work in the final medium. It treats the codebase, rather than detached design files, as the source of truth.

Use real trade vocabulary and representative records in the implementation. A repeated support problem becomes a focused change to a canonical component or pattern, with the relevant documentation changed alongside it.
What we are not adopting
No untested Figma-only definition of done, fabricated customer research, or separate production grammar for a polished mockup.
Existing owners and review exercises
These are Thorbis applications and review exercises, not replacements for DESIGN.md, COMPONENTS.md, or the owning skill. Linear remains the operational baseline. External advice that conflicts with the constitution stays out.
